白光共軛焦輪廓儀

產(chǎn)品簡介

產(chǎn)品類型：白光、共軛焦、非接觸
μSurf結(jié)合CCD的影像攝取，以有許多孔洞的旋轉(zhuǎn)盤取代偵測(cè)器的孔洞，再將物鏡垂直移動(dòng)，以類似斷層攝影方式，精確量測(cè)物體高度(如下圖所示)。
由于使用了共軛焦的方法，在測(cè)量漸變較大的高度時(shí)，跟其他同類公司產(chǎn)品使用較多的干涉法相比，可以精確量測(cè)物體高度，建立3D立體影像，優(yōu)勢(shì)相當(dāng)明顯。
